How do I obtain a copy of my disability policy?
To receive a full copy of your policy, call 800-635-5597. You can also access your policy information online by visiting www.unum.com/employees. Click the register link at the top of the page. You will be required to enter your personal information to identify yourself. After successful registration you will receive an email with a temporary password and additional information to help you log in.
How do I obtain a copy of my life policy?
A copy of your life policy is automatically sent to your home address. If you have lost your policy or need an additional copy, please call us at 800-243-2480. Please be advised that some carriers may charge a fee for this service.
