Warner Company is please to offer consolidated billing methods for all policyholders! You can set up all of your current voluntary benefit policies in one simple payment, regardless of which carrier they are with! Simply use the link below to provide the information for your preferred billing method, and we will take care of the rest. You will receive a confirmation of your election 7-10 days after we receive your completed form.





Missed a Payment?


If you missed a payment, for any reason, you can easily make a one time payment, directly from your checking account or credit card. This service is provided by our secure relationship with PayPal, however, you do not need a PayPal account to make your payment. Simply enter your policy number below, along with the amount of your payment, and you will be redirected to PayPal to complete your transaction. Using this system will not change your current payment method, if you need to change your payment method please use the secure form above, or call our office at 800-243-2480.
